The deck is rock-solid, and the pergola kit was installed flawlessly—perfectly level, anchored securely, and seamlessly integrated into the space. Oren and his crew were punctual, friendly, competent and always cleaned up after a long hard day of work. Since Home Options is Oren’s company, he made sure I was totally pleased with my renovation, and happily worked with little changes that I thought up as the project progressed. Home Options is THE general contractor you are looking for - They are communicative, work with your schedule, and just do an overall outstanding job! We bought a complete-reno house that was flipped, so not only did we have personalization projects in mind, but also needed some emergency repairs, and they did it all. Having dealt with other contractors that were some combination of unreliable, mediocre workmanship, and unprofessional, the difference was night and day. It was honestly such a relief to be able to call Home Options and know the jobs would be done quickly and done correctly.
